With KEIDA, you train outdoors, right by the sea in Sant Elm. Our outdoor fitness sessions combine effective full-body workouts with fresh sea air, sunshine, and a positive group atmosphere.

Whether you’re a beginner or already active – the focus is always on enjoying movement.

Full-Body Group Training

Our outdoor workouts are varied and functional:

  • Coordination & mobility

Each session is adapted to the participants – no one is overwhelmed, but everyone is challenged.

Aquafitness in the Sea

During summer, we move our training into the water.

Aquafitness in the sea offers:

  • Low-impact training

  • Natural resistance from the water

  • Refreshing workouts on hot days

  • Fun group energy

The sea becomes our natural training space.

SUP & Movement on the Water

We also offer SUP tours and SUP-based training sessions – perfect for:

  • Balance & core stability

  • Coordination

  • Relaxing

  • Experiencing nature from the water
